Bob Sweeney was born and raised in Long Island, NY. He played college basketball at Roanoke College in Salem, Virginia, and at Roger Williams University in Bristol, Rhode Island where he studied Marketing.
Bob grew up working at the New York City based commodities exchange during his summer years in high school and college. In 1981, he started his career for Wall Street firms Oppenheimer & Shearson, Lehman, Hutton.
In 1991, Innovative Travel Acquisitions was founded. Bob has presented his views at dozens of industry events as a keynote speaker.
Married with a six year old son, Sean, and the family Portuguese Water Dog. Bob has one of the largest “Pistol” Pete Maravich photo collections on the planet.
He also enjoys hiking, body surfing, kayaking, reading, playing zydeco, and Blues music.

- Read My BioDoug was born in Rockford, IL and grew up in North Dakota. Playing ice hockey in the winter and fishing the Minnesota Lakes in the summer was the typical lifestyle growing up.
His first job was a Medical Laboratory Tech working on the Standing Rock Indian Reservation in North Dakota helping the Sioux Indians. After a successful career in the medical field, he worked in sales for the industrial waste water and environmental treatment industry for several years in New Jersey.
Life took him to Atlanta where he has been working for Innovative Travel Acquisitions since 1998.
